"This hotel is amazing. The architecture and the decor are stunning, like nothing I have seen before. The service is exceptional from the moment you arrive until you leave. We did not go to the restaurants, but we did have a delicious ice-cream at the Gelati. Three things to look into, the WiFi is not very strong, the beach/pool towels are old and fraying and there was no hair conditioner in the bathroom. I must say that after asking the very helpful receptionist for some conditioner, 3 little plastic bottles were delivered to the room. Having said that i can’t wait to come back, this hotel is just wonderful "

"The property overall is kept in good condition. Some of the mini fridge in the room should be updated. The room and bathroom were kept nice and clean, the towels were cleans. We did enjoy the small details, roll up towels, disposable slipper and hair cap. We got a window facing the ocean that was really neat. The continental breakfast Italian style was generous, less than 10 min walk to the lower piazza in the historic center, we would highly recommend. The only thing there is a construction near by for another hotel the noise was minimal in our opinion they work from 8 am to 4 pm. Which was the time we were out of our room anyway. We would highly recommend and we would stay here again."

"Nice new hotel. Friendly and accomodating staff. Very helpful when my travel companion became ill. Quick walk to the historical center and plenty of dining options nearby. Windows are soundproof. Breakfast plentiful with lots of variety. Dining room has a wall of windows looking toward the sea. Nice lobby to lounge in. Small bar in lobby."

"The hotel Barsotti has an excellent location in the old town to walk and see most of the local attractions. The staff is super friendly and very helpful in providing dining recommendations and other tips. The train station is less than a 10 minute walk to the hotel. At the train station, there is also a bus stop for a bus directly to the airport. I would definitely stay here again."
