"The stay at Shangri-La was very pleasant and a great experience. The communication was pleasant and smooth at all times I stayed in the Hibiscus room which had great access to the pool and Jacuzzi. Very clean and quiet. Rose was terrific to work with. I needed to stay a couple of extra days and she was very willing to accommodate my schedule. "What can I say, our hosts were brilliant. Kept us up to date ahead of the booking for the check in arrangements, kept in touch during our stay and allowed us to late check out on the day of our departure. When we found an issue with the washing machine they had it checked and replaced within 24 hours. This was brilliant service. The area is quiet and safe and a short drive from the nearest amenities. Would recommend for a Cayman stay."
