"The cost vs quality was great. You get what you pay for. Pay a medium price for a medium quality room. The exterior of the property could use an upgrade, maybe make all the "no smoking" signs on the doors match. But the interiors of the rooms were nice, and they were clean. The bed was comfortable. The guy that checked us in was very friendly. Oh, one other downside, the door had to be pushed pretty hard to latch. "

"The elevator was not working and they did everything possible to help us do the one flight of stairs. Even moved a settee in for my wife. to sleep on with her bad back. They had been changing the furniture and still had one available. I chose a specific room because of the settee."

"Upon check in i was offered help to bring my bags in since there wasn't a baggage cart available. That is a first or me. The check in person was very helpful, courteous and friendly. Willing to help in any way. The view was amazing too"
