"I can’t rate this hotel highly enough. Not only is it a stunning building and immaculately kept, the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. I had made an error with my reservation, no fault of the hotel, and the gentleman who checked me in went out of his way to help me rectify it, even offering me a free drink at the bar while he worked it out for me. Sadly I didn’t get his name but I hope he gets recognised for his exceptional customer service"

"Nice hotel. Good breakfast. Nice spa area. Little bit noisy on floor 1. Could hear doors opening and closing. A bit far from the city centre. Lots of walking or Uber. "

"Fantastic hotel in central Manchester - 2 minute walk to the metro. Lots of great bars and restaurants in walking distance. Hotel room was clean and spacious with comfy bed and electric blackout blind. Lovely swimming pool which guests can pre book for a one hour slot. "

"Stayed at this hotel before. Overall enjoyed our stay. With the hotel being central your always going to have noise. The only bad comment i could put is that we couldnt open a window and get some air in. The hotel was central and near to all shops and eateries. Not sure why a lot of people give it the worse hotel in Manchester as this is so unfair. The staff was lovely but was overworked. Needed security in the day due to the dross who was costantly causing neusance to everyone. Thank you for your time. Chez and liz"
