"Tons of people smoking weed out front of their rooms. Found tons of bed bugs in each of our beds. Other people hair caught in the sheets and other places of the room. Definitely wasn’t expecting a resort, but this place is sketchy and dirty. Ended up leaving with my family and found a different hotel."

"This was acceptable for a one night stay. The hotel is more of a “motel” with inside/secure keycard entry (which I appreciate for safety.) The facilities are dated and need a good deep cleaning. There was a blood stain on the duvet, which was replaced on my request. The blanket had obviously been washed, but I feel like linens with stains like that should not be placed back on the beds. There was also chewed gum stuck to the headboard. I did wipe the surfaces (counters, faucet, toilet, entertainment center) down with Clorox wipes and they did not appear soiled or gross, so that was a plus. The parking area could have more lighting to feel more secure. All of the staff that I encountered was pleasant, the attendant for breakfast was extra friendly and made us feel welcome. That being said, the continental breakfast was one of the worst that we have encountered, it could def use improvement. "

"This Huge House Is Like A Rental House With A Bunch Of Roomates. Loved How Big And Spacious The House And Outdoor Pool Is. Mirtha Is A Long Term Guest And Was Very Infomative And Helpful. The Room We Had Was Perfect For My Partner And I Even When The Bathroom Was Outside Of Our Room It Was Just Down The Same Hall. You Do Share The Whole Kitchen/Living and Dinning Room. Thankfully All The Guest ain The House Were Kind. We Stayed For A Week And I Really Can’t Complain Besides The Parking Which Was Confusing At First. But Besides That Everything Was Great The Area Is Gatted With Security. There’s 2 Large Fridges That’s Are Divided By Room Numbers For Space. We Will Eventualy Be Back But With The Kids And The Rest Of The Family. Customer Service Over The Phone Was Also Very Helpful And Responded Very Fast To Any Of Our Concerns."

"this property was extremely misrepresented the water park slides were open for four or five hours total for the week the breakfast consisted of boiled eggs and toast the room was not cleaned or restocked the entire week and i had to hunt down one of the maids to get bathroom tissue shuttle service to area parks does not include the areas major park except for an extra fee and then you have to leave the hotel at nine A.M. and must return at six P.M. or you're on your own! although my experience with expedia went well as there was no hassle with bookings and other arrangements i would avoid booking this hotel at all cost!!!"

"I can not speak more highly of this amazing couple! They were the absolute sweetest and made my daughter and I feel so welcome! I honestly did not truly know what to expect going into this. After 17 hrs on the road to get here, we were absolutely just worn out. They offered to help us care things in, provided us with absolutely ANYTHING we would have needed during the stay and then some! They had water bottles in the fridge and ice in the freezer. Simple things like this made a world of difference especially when we were in and out on the run during our stay for our event. It was so nice to go… oh yeah I need to get XYZ and they either already had it or gave us easy directions on places to go! Our first day there was the only time my daughter and I was going to have a chance to relax so we took advantage of the private pool. The host popped out to check on us. Provided us with drinks and my daughter some ice cream of choice! They truly were the absolute sweetest people and I would rent from here again! The apartment was clean and well taken care of! I’m truly glad that this was our stay and experience! The neighborhood was easy to get to and the neighborhood was quiet (much needed after long days like we had). I can’t thank them enough for providing such a wonderful and warming experience during our trip!"
