"This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that customer service was not a priority. The staff rarely answered the phone, and when they did, they were unhelpful and couldn’t properly address even basic questions. On top of that, there were extra fees that were never clearly explained beforehand—and to make it worse, they were nonrefundable and had to be paid in cash. That felt very unprofessional and misleading. The room itself was disappointing. Basic amenities were lacking, and they provided only one small mini towel, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel stay. Overall, this place feels poorly managed, disorganized, and not worth the money. I would not recommend staying here unless you’re prepared for frustration and hidden costs."

The fire alarm didn’t have a flash, i had little bites on my back, they only had 1 towel for us and when we asked for another one she said”we don’t have any right now but we will bring u some when we do” her husband banged on the door so loud it startled us in our sleep. He wanted to give us towels, but why so loud?"

"There were a few roaches and a hole in bathtub. It was sticky and stuffy inside. There was a smell. Just wasn’t comfortable at all. Beds were really worn in. We should have stayed two nights we left after one "

"Room was damp and smelled musty. Curtains had mold on them. Door coming into room had 2” gap beneath it. Completely open to the out doors. Wound up leaving 5 minutes after walking into the room and found a different hotel. "

"This house is so cute, super clean, and the pool is fantastic. The host is awesome! Will definitely stay here again when traveling to Flordia! "

"Tons of people smoking weed out front of their rooms. Found tons of bed bugs in each of our beds. Other people hair caught in the sheets and other places of the room. Definitely wasn’t expecting a resort, but this place is sketchy and dirty. Ended up leaving with my family and found a different hotel."
