"Where do I start, this place is outstanding in every way! The people who own and operate this establishment should be running courses for everyone else on how to run a motel/hotel. Exceptionally clean, quiet, and had a warmth to it that is hard to explain. Perhaps the high quality, but not generic furnishings. The continental breakfast in the room is basic, BUT treat it as a bonus, because the place is outstanding without a breakfast. This would rate as my top 10 of places to stay. And perhaps especially appreciated because on the other end of the scale we had a truly terrible experience at Tweed Heads central motel the night before. Keep up the amazing service and quality!"

"The property is as listed, The manager was extremely poor At check in we had not received any I formation at all via email When we rang the contact person ,he was rude and abrupt to us,as was catching a plane He only sent the code. The unit address was in the original email,not the apartment numberOn arriving at the apartment the keypad was jammed and could not be openedAfter a long time a neighbour was able to give us the owners phone number who came with another set of keys and confirmed the keypad was jammed Before leaving we conveyed to the owner that one of the beds was broken. The manager wrote to us asking if we had been jumping on the bed or other rough behaviour Abolsolutely offensive. He was inferring that we had broken the bed. He continued to contact us after we told him not to. He also said that becausewe complained about his manner that we were using that as leverage Even thou we hadn't asked for anything. Dont stay if the contact person is Cristos"
