"Needs a good deep clean, toilets smell, outside was dirty, flies in window seals, cob webs on the windows, outside was dusty & dirty, paint peeling on ceiling, ran out of coffee on the 1st night, Great location though."

"Comfortable for one night stay in a good area. Checkin process was over complicated with no number provided to call. Everything done through a website which for an NZ visitor with limited access to the internet is impossible. Took me two hours to contact the property manager to get entry instructions "

"The house was great location and convenient for a family. The basin in the downstairs ensuite was broken in two places - large. Despite there being ongoing back and forth with the property manager on text for staying there and checking in - when I text to let her know that the basin was broken I received no response which was disappointing."

"Great little apartment in a prime location. Was well furnished with everything you would need. The instruction and communication from the landlord was great. The place was clean and tidy, some deeper cleaning of the bathroom vents and showers would have made this perfect but I’m splitting hairs to be honest I would stay here again gladly. I would recommend this to most people as long as they can use stairs. "
