"A beautiful and clean property with fantastic staff in a perfect location. The Lex Restaurant was world class and we loved our stay. The staff decorated our room for my partner’s birthday by surprise and it really set the tone for a flawless stay. Don’t get me wrong, this is not the cheapest hotel but you really pay for what you get here. I even asked for a last minute “Moreton Bay Bug Roll” and the hotel accommodated my request despite it being breakfast when we checked out; the staff really care about guest satisfaction and they all went above and beyond to leave a lasting impresssion. We would return to this hotel and we’ll consider the “W Brand” at their other locations because of our experience. 5 stars across the board. "

"The sheets were yellow the mattress had wee stains the tiles were moldy the rubbish bin had been spewed in it was absolutely disgusting"

"We found Royal on the Park just lovely. Straight across the road to Botanic Gardens, easy walk . Would stay again, staff very accommodating. Reminds me of old school posh, lots of timber very beautiful."
