Arriving way ahead of check in time in a downpour with wet bicycles we were graciously greeted by the owner of this charming old hotel. He allowed us to have our room immediately and it was perched on the corner with two windows looking out at the old clock tower and the roofs of the town. The room was clean and comfortable. The grounds were very nice and quiet.

Very comfortable room. Great staff.

I had a great stay at the Grand Hotel Terme! I don’t know where to start but the staff was very professional and helpful, dined once and the service was amazing. The restaurant staff was very attentive to remember and provide me with what I asked the day before on the consecutive days of my stay. This was work related trip but will definitely be ion my leisure travel route next time I will be in Italy! And can I have the receipe for the ace juice? 😆

Very pleasant experience all around. Room is large, high ceilings, full of natural light. Staff very impressive.

We had to book Hotel Vittoria really last minute since our original host cancelled on us. Within 10 minutes of booking, we were at the Hotel and on our way up to the room! Kind staff, super cute decor and great location:)

Beautiful property, lovely personnel and pretty grounds. The only negative I have is that the gate at the road to the actual residential building is unmarked, unlit and several kilometers from the main gate (which is marked and lit at night), making a late night check in (in the dark) very difficult. I am sure this is being addressed since that entrance appears very new.

Good stay

The staff at this facility are exceptional! They pay attention to all details and make themselves available to help out in any way. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the breakfast is amazing for the affordable price they charge.
