For shared use: property (fenced) with lawn. Motor access to the house. Parking (for 2 cars). E-charging station. Supermarket 1 km, bus stop 300 m, pebble beach "Germignaga" 4.5 km, indoor swimming pool 7 km. Golf course (18 hole) 26 km, cycle lane 150 m. Hiking paths: Alpe San Michele. Please note: car recommended. The owner lives on the same property.
3-room semi-detached house 100 m2 on 3 levels. Practical and modern furnishings: living/dining room with dining table, satellite TV, radio and DVD. Exit to the garden. Exit to the balcony. 1 open room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Bath/bidet/WC, hydro massage bath. Gas heating (extra). Top floor: open gallery with sloping ceilings with 2 beds and air conditioning. Balcony. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (4). Facilities: washing machine, iron, mosquito net, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. The open gallery with sloping ceilings overlooks the room with the the bunk bed. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).
