On arrival at this well-presented property you will find that the layout embraces the predominantly open-plan model of combining the kitchen and dining area together in one space. The stylish lounge has ample comfortable seating to enjoy a film on the TV/DVD, and a cosy wood burner to unwind in front of. The kitchen and dining area comes complete with a electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge / freezer and a Belfast-style sink. The rustic wooden dining table has ample bench seating to accommodate four (or more) diners comfortably. Relax in the warmth during the colder months with the wood burning stove in the barn. Also on the ground floor is a luxurious bathroom, with a roll-top bath, shower and a WC.
