Located on historic Euclid Ave., you're less than a mile to downtown Bristol, plus the Hard Rock Casino and Bristol Speedway are only minutes away. Award-winning restaurants, galleries, museums, and shopping round out downtown highlights to enjoy. Bring the kids and the pets, you'll feel right at home.
The space
The ground floor features a master suite with king bed with a walk-in closet and ensuite bath. A second bedroom offers a queen bed and convenient access to another full bath. The living room, dining room, kitchen and laundry are all on the first level. Access to the rear deck and fenced back yard is off the kitchen.

The upper level features two bedrooms (one king, one a bunk room with queen and full beds) and a full bath plus generous closet storage. The landing are offers a desk and relaxing reading space.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home with exception of the basement storage. There is a safety gate at the top of the stairs. Please, no pets upstairs. We all love our furry friends but they should enjoy the first floor and back yard only.
