The hotel is conveniently situated adjacent to the motorway and perfect for breaking up our trip from West Yorkshire. Staff were great and very personable. Breakfast was good and hotel had adequate car parking. We had a junior suite at a great price - room was good and bathroom was a little tired although shower was great. I’ve rated good and there are no complaints - convenient and would stay again !

I had a lovely stay, enjoyed the spa and treatment room and the room service was great. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The only let down was the robes in the rooms have security tags on and they had holes in and were very grubby which kind of put a dampener on the 4* experience.

A very spacious room with a patio door overlooking a garden with a pond. All sorts of luxuious features you will not find in economocial hotels, like bath robe, slippers, coffee machine, fridge and plenty of drawers, plenty of cups : 2 for coffee, 2 for tea, 2 for cold drinks. the pool and jacuzzi looks good but i have not got time to use it.

Excellent hotel. Cheaper than Filton Premier inn but far superior in every way. Comfortable room and bed, great shower. Friendly welcome and all staff seemed to enjoy working there, or at least were highly professional. Excellent overall.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel! The breakfast was delicious and the staff very helpful. I didn't have a chance to visit the pool and sauna however. Only item to note is the central heating system was broken the weekend that I stayed. The hotel helpfully supplied a portable heater, which helped in the evening.
