Experience Bristol from a place that instantly feels like home.
Arrive and settle straight in. This spacious, ground-floor apartment sits close to the heart of the city and is designed to feel comfortable, easy, and genuinely homely from the moment you walk through the door. With everything already here, it works just as well for short stays as it does for longer visits with friends, family, or colleagues - and being all on one level, it’s also well suited if stairs are best avoided.
Put the kettle on, and take a breath - everything is ready for you to acclimatise and unwind. Recently refurbished and a little larger than most, the apartment is designed so you’ll want for nothing during your stay. This is our own home when we’re not letting it out, so it’s set up with real living in mind. You’ll find it better equipped and more comfortable than a typical short-stay apartment.
You’ll also have the bonus of free private parking right outside (ideal for small or medium cars) and a south-facing garden where you can enjoy the sun — with a BBQ available if you fancy it.
The lounge is designed for switching off. There are deep, comfortable sofas, immersive surround sound, and Netflix, Prime Video, Freeview TV, or Bluetooth so you can play your own music. An extendable dining table gives you plenty of room to eat, work, or simply spread out and settle in.
The kitchen is stylish, easy to use, and fully equipped for everyday living as well as longer stays. There’s a breakfast bar, cafetière, microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, and a large fridge freezer. You’ll also find fast fibre internet, a Dyson vacuum, iron and ironing board, clothes airer, hair dryer, lap trays, saucepans, and an easy-to-use Hive thermostat so you can keep the temperature just how you like it.
Both bedrooms open directly onto the garden and are designed for rest and comfort. You’ll find generous storage, fresh hotel-quality linen, and premium mattresses and pillows to help you sleep well. One of the bedrooms also has a dedicated desk if you need a quiet, comfortable place to work.
The bathroom is bright, modern, and spacious, with a large, powerful shower, thoughtful touches, motion-sensing ambient lights for nighttime trips, and plenty of space for all your toiletries.
Quality tea, ground and instant coffee, and essential supplies are provided so you can settle straight in without needing to dash to the shops. That said, there’s a Co-op nearby and a great choice of cafés, pubs, and restaurants in Southville if you fancy heading out.
Whether you’re visiting for work or a break, the apartment is designed to feel easy, comfortable, and genuinely homely - a calm base just minutes from the centre of Bristol.

Other details to note:
A couple of helpful things to be aware of:
The apartment has two parking spaces at the front. The other space is used by the resident above, who is very friendly. We simply ask that guests are mindful of this shared arrangement and keep noise to a reasonable level, especially later in the evening.
Putting the recycling out is the responsibility of guests - everything is clearly labelled and easy to manage during your stay.
The apartment sits on a main road opposite the River Avon. The location is excellent and very convenient, but we like to mention this for clarity. The lounge is the only room that faces the road and it’s very well sound insulated, so road noise isn’t an issue. Both bedrooms and the garden are at the back, where it’s calm and quiet - there’s no road noise at all in the garden. If you’re curious, Street View gives a good sense of the setting.
Finally, while the apartment is spacious and comfortable, it isn’t suitable for children under eight years old.
