Front desk staff were great. Room was fine. Stayed as a family of 4 in one room, the main bed was fine, but the sofa bed small and creaky for 2 boys aged 6 and 10. Manageable for 1 night. Bar staff, drinks and food, just what we needed after a long day.

A no nonsense, good quality hotel. Highlight was a well sized twin room, decent gym / swimming pool and friendly staff. Really good location a few minutes from M5 so a good place to stop off. It was great value considering the facilities and standard overall of the hotel.

Property nice a little out dated for a Hilton hotel though. The swimming pool was nice a warm. The only problem we had really was we didn’t sleep very well due to the noise level through the corridor, the door let light in through the edges as big gaps and we was right near too a corridor door which kept banging through the whole night and stupid guest playing knock a door run or in our case kick the door!
