Very pleasantly surprised at how good this Holiday Inn is. Everything is top notch: the facilities, staff, food and surroundings. The staff went out of their way to make sure our stay went perfectly. We ate breakfast (book the night before to get a discount), nice selection of hot and cold foods, fruit, pastries, very delicious.

From the moment we were checked in by a very friendly and smiley Haz we found everything spotlessly clean. We had room service which was very fast and efficient (we collected it from the bar to save the £5 charge). Food was good. Beds were comfortable. We had everything we need for an overnight stay.

Swift arrival formalities. Courteous, cheerful and helpful staff in all parts of the hotel, including those seeing to the bedrooms. The food was excellent, both dinner and breakfast, Good parking arrangements, Departure was as swift and effortless as the arrival. It was in all aspects well up to the standard that we have come to expect from past visits. We'll be back!

The stay at the Holiday Inn Bristol Airport was excellent from start to finish. The staff were so lovely and welcoming, especially towards my children, which made us feel comfortable straight away. A nice touch was that they called the room shortly after we settled in to check everything was okay and ask if we needed anything else. The hotel itself was clean, modern, and very comfortable. We also had an evening meal at the hotel and both the food and drinks were lovely. Check-out was quick and easy, and again the staff were polite and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone travelling through Bristol Airport.
