I love the Novotel in Bristol. Have stayed a few times already and they have all been great experiences. The bed is comfortable, everything is clean, the staff have always been super lovely. This stay was no different. It's always a consistently pleasant experience staying here. It also helps that the train station is less than a 10 minute walk.

We booked 2 rooms and although both were on the same floor they could not have been further apart. The bed was made each day but the tea and milk only replenished on one of the 3 days of our stay. If it wasnt that the hotel has its own car park we would probably stay elsewhere.

The hotel is in a good location with a car park. The breakfast is charged extra, but is pretty decent. The room, are very commercial and not new, but ok.

Stayed here for a weekend while attending a food festival. This hotel is within walking distance of Bristol Temple Meads station, is good value for money, has friendly staff and the rooms are pretty spacious. Would definitely stay here again!
