We spent 9 nights in this apartment over the July 4th holiday. My husband and our 4 kids ages 10-21. The location is absolutely perfect being just steps away from the Hope street(parade route), shops, restaurants, the 4th of July carnival and concert venue, and water. The apartment is spacious with large bedrooms and living areas. The layout is great with large hallways, a peaceful kitchen away from the TV room and two bedrooms upstairs. My favorite amenity was large dressers in each room making it easy to unpack and enjoy our stay and a 3rd bathroom. Many bath towels were provided and the air conditioners worked fantastic and kept the home cool. I also appreciated the parking stall and key less entry.Communication with property management through the VRBO app and phone calls was very quick.The only feedback I have has to do with the kitchen. We cooked most of our meals at home and it was a little frustrating with just 1 kitchen towel, many pots were missing their lids, and more cups, bowls and plates would be helpful. There was also no simple pantry items like salt, pepper and saran wrap. But I understand if the property management company is worried about contamination.This apartment is a gem and I hope to stay again next year.
