No shower curtain, no towels, no pillow covers. Not as described on site. No pool and no breakfast as offered. Not a place for children or families. If your looking for a place to just rest your head for the night then thats the only thing you will get out of staying there.

Room was nothing special but it was clean and it was cheaper than anywhere else we could find. Staff was very nice and very helpful. Area seemed a little sketchy though. Pretty sure some of the people in the hotel were actually living there.

Smoke alarm ripped off the wall, giant hand print on the headboard, mold and ceiling water damage in the bathroom.. surprised the ceiling is still up. Nasty recliner in the room. Walking distance to hard rock, relatively quiet. Would never stay again.

Older renovated property in a downtown area near shops, entertainment, and good roads. Clean, good staff, renovated at some point, needs a bit of TLC as my sink area floor had a big chip that would cut a bare foot. My door safety lock was missing. No elevator that I saw. An exterior update is needed - it screams mid-century.

The staff was polite. The room had holes in the walls areas where the walls have been patched, but never painted graffiti on the inside of the door stickers on the headboard of the bed. Parts of the floor were loose and peeling. This is not a 2 1/2 star hotel.

Better than expected!

Rooms were clean. Shower was hot and had excellent flow. Staff catered to our late night request for a roll away bed. Staff was friendly; small talk.
