"I was lead to believe (from hotels.com presentation) I had a cabin with a private hot tub, and would therefore expect an en-suite. I had a double room with shared facilities, very poor accessible shower. Room was clean and fine for my needs. I didn’t read the fine print so had difficulty in gaining entry, but after numerous phone calls (answer phone messages) and a prolonged email chat, access was afforded. "I was in a single room at the top of the house. Very clean but dated. Continental breakfast was left in the room, there’s a fridge with milk, yogurt, cheese, flapjack, ham, juice and a roll. Cereals, tea coffee and sugar supplied. Comfortable bed. I stayed two nights and room serviced when I was out. I was at the back of the property so away from any noise from the main road. Good position for getting into Bristol. Small car park, maybe 4 cars. Hungry Horse pub opposite."
