"We stayed here the night before we sailed on the Queen Mary 2. It was convenient and well priced; even though I thought it was a little sketch when we arrived. I was wrong. It was perfectly safe and there are food places within walking distance. You won't need to do that if you arrive at the time their restaurant is open. They serve lots of different foods. Breakfast was delicious. We were checked in quickly and the front desk was nice and helpful. Everyone that worked there was polite and professional. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. "

"When I checked in I was advised that the water was off for some rooms due to an issue but it did not affect mine. The room was small but it was a single room. It was clean and the staff were friendly. The highlight was the breakfast, which was superb and the breakfast staff were lovely and a credit to the hotel. Lots of choice and was ready immediately at the breakfast start time which was great as i had a train to catch soon after."
