"Nice hotel with good AC conveniently located around a lot of shops and breakfast places. The parking lot was closed for construction, so we had to pay for parking but rates were reasonable. There was an under-bed motion activated light that drove us crazy at night so if that could be turned off, it would be amazing!"

"Booked this hotel for my gf and her daughter night before going on cruise from Southampton. Staff were absolutely fantastic, really made a big deal, extremely friendly and approachable for anything. Rooms and facilities 10/10 with a very comfortable nights stay with great breakfast on offer Plenty of things to do for the kids in the morning with play areas and parks not too far enough for a leg stretch. Will be returning and would look no further than this hotel as to where to stay next time when visiting friends within the area G&G 31.05."

"We only stayed one night before our cruise but it was fine. Room was well laid out and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Hotel is located close to the cruise port and within walking distance of shops, restaurants and a food court. Breakfast buffet was well stocked and had a large assortment of items to choose from. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We signed up the day before our departure for a taxi. Many people were departing at the same time (11am) and we were taken care of almost as soon as we were ready (10:30am). We highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again. "
