Alternative arrangements provided did not feel secure, and noise continued throughout the night, making rest impossible. "I was travelling by myself and just needed one night to catch an early ferry. I never received any information on how to access the property, when I arrived there was no one to check in with, a lady who does not work there asked if I needed help, I explained I was trying to check in, she ask what tent I was booked for, I told her which one and she said “ just find it and go in”, As these are tent there is no key just a zipper to open. I had tried to call the owner with no answer she then texted...
