"We travel with pets and head to Shuswap every September. This is our pit stop every time. It’s not immaculate and we were disappointed to find some plumbing not working in one of our rooms- however, they assisted us with an early check in on another room and quickly switched the room with broken taps while their repair person arrived to fix. The guest services team was efficient and extremely helpful. We understand this isn’t a 5 star hotel but they have been consistent, the location to River/pathway access is great and the staff amazing. For a pit stop with pets it’s great."

"Our first room had problems with the front door, so we were upgraded to a larger room. Would suggest for breakfast not just have bags of bread open, with guests just reaching their hand in the bag. Breads should be in bread holder, with prongs to get your bread."
