"Our reviews would have been excellent except for some minor items. No safety shower mats, a rusted dish rack that should have been replaced, no beach chairs as advertised, no dinner knives, and no spatula. We purchased 2 beach chairs, knives, shower mats and a spatula that we left there. "

"So thankful for this beautiful property and the helpful staff. We weren’t planning on bringing our 12 yr old, but he ended up tagging along. The staff was great in getting us bedding to use for him.The view was absolute perfection.The only thing I would change is a bit more communication on checking in. Other than that, it was a beautiful and comfortable stay. "

"Lovely grounds and plenty of space to spread out. Would stay again—just a couple minor issues. Half of hot tub jets were not working, pool struggled to stay clear and one bungalow had faulty AC. Immigration workers questioned our address as being incomplete but we had no further details to give them. Property manager Katie is so kind and welcoming."

"The spot is great, with spectacular views overlooking Marina Cay and to Tortola and Virgin Gorda in the distance. The beach is just a brief steep walk down the hill. The house is nicely proportioned with a big porch and three bedrooms of decent size. And while not fancy, it is certainly comfortable, clean and very pleasant. The hosts are incredibly attentive and responsive and provided boat transportation and guiding basically on demand. We had a great time."

"We stayed here after a week-long sailing trip and it was the ideal house for the transition back to life on land. It's light and bright with gorgeous views of the sea. The family had fun playing with the giant Jenga set and other games provided. The kitchen layout and seating fit us well and we were both able to easily come together and then scatter for bedrooms with air conditioning. "Everything about this vacation was simply amazing! The house is beautiful and so close to the water. The views are breathtaking. My family snorkled almost everyday. This is my absolute most favorite place ever! "

"The villa is spacious and comfortable with an unbeatable view of the sea from a breezy veranda and one of the best equipped rental kitchens I've seen. you can walk down the hill for a quick dip or drive to other beaches from snorkeling etc. we loved our stay! A bit buggy but this may be unavoidable in the tropical and was worth it for all the perks."

"Perfect accomodation, recommended. We had 2 appartments for our Sailing group(no. 11 and 14). Everything was arrange perfectly with Justin , who he communicated quickly and was very helpful. We appreciated housekeeping / perfect cleanliness. the rooms are spacious, the AC worked great. location by the sea is ideal for swimming any time . We didnt use Kitchen in App.11 / only in app.14 which has better kitchen utensils and electric stove. ( app.11 has has stove)"
