"We loved everything about this Adorable Inn! We were so pleasantly surprised by the coziness of everything !! The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was so clean and well played out and appointed! The bed was Sooooo comfortable, Best sleep I've had in a very long time!! Just loved it! Will be staying there at every opportunity!!"

Charming 1BR Cottage – Walk to Britt Gardens

"We had a wonderful stay at this 5 star cottage! It is located very close to the Britt and downtown Jacksonville. All very walkable. At the same time, it is set back from the street so you don’t hear noise at night. The cottage is decorated beautifully, is spacious, and has all the amenities you could need. We didn’t use the kitchen for cooking, although you could, but having a small refrigerator, sink, coffee maker with coffee, cream and sugar was great for our mornings there. The cottage is very comfortable with a sitting area, fireplace, AC and a big bed with luxurious linens and blankets. The only view is to a grassy yard area in the back which was nice. The bathroom is tight for two at the same time but nicely done. The materials used are modern and earthy. The whole cottage had recently been remodeled and it is gorgeous. Parking was right out front. Our host was wry nice and always quick to respond to my inquiries prior to coming to Jacksonville. I knew everything I needed to before arrival. I think you would enjoy the upgraded ambiance and amenities of this lovely cottage."

"Loved my little cottage! When I finally got into it everything was great. There are a few tweaks I would add—bigger coffee cups as the coffee maker over brews the ones provided….the creamers had gone bad (the non-flavored ones) and there are no spoons provided. It needs a bath mat or towel for the floor for after showering or bathing in the tub and a heavier duvet and extra throw blanket for the couch would be nice as the nights are a little chilly and if you are traveling solo it’s nice to have warmer blankets. But it is in a great location and a lot of great shops are around as well!! Enjoyed my little cottage immensely!"
