Real impressive experience including great customer service and phenomenal location. The lady at the front desk is genuinely nice and understanding. This is definitely a hidden gem worth the visit especially when visiting this town for the weekend concert activities.

Excellent place to stay. Daily shuttle to and from the mountain for skiing. Phenomenal breakfast every day. Great sauna and pool. Delicious restaurant for dinner option as well. I will definitely stay here again.

Best hotel I stayed in Europe. Staff and owner were amazing. So friendly and helpful with hikes, even led me on a hike and drove me to train station and into town on golf carts. Beautiful hotel too and best views.

What a rare find! Hotel Erika is a hidden gem! Full of old world and traditional charms, but with all the modern comfort without the pretensions of big hotels. Love everything here. This feels like being at home, and everyone of the hotel staff treated us with the uttermost care and respect. We didn't want to leave. This place is phenomenal. Location is breathtaking with Mountain View’s. A short bus ride to a nearby city if you want to explore. The property has a heated indoor and outdoor pool saunas and steam rooms for relaxation. The staff helped us with everything we needed and the breakfast was outstanding.
