Welcome to this lovely apartment on the second floor of a former farmhouse. It features a balcony where you can start your days relaxed with a cup of coffee. Moreover, you have access to a shared garden with play equipment, sun loungers and a barbecue and a communal living/dining room with several dining tables on the ground floor. Delightful!
Here in the heart of the Brixen Valley, there is plenty to do. From horse riding, cycling, golfing and hiking in summer to skiing and snowboarding in winter. The region is home to beautiful cross-country skiing trails and an impressive network of cycling and hiking trails against a magical backdrop

Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Schöne Unterkunft im urigen Stil. Sehr freundliche & hilfsbereite Vermieter. Toller großer Garten, Grillplatz und Sonnenliegen. Der Brötchenservice hat uns gut gefallen, sowie die große Spieleauswahl im Erdgeschoss. Die eigentlich ruhige Seitenstraße ist ein Bike Trail, hier herrscht reger Betrieb ... mit kleinen Kindern muss man aufpassen, gerade die E-Bikes kommen im schnellen Tempo. Ansonsten TOP Unterkunft mit sehr gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Sauber, ordentlich & gut ausgestattet. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
