Living room: Freeview TV, DVD Player, CD Player, Games, CDs, Sofa Bed (Flexible Sleeping Only). Heating, electricity, gas, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Public car park nearby, at cost. No smoking. Please Note: No children under the age of 5 years.. A traditional fisherman’s cottage set over three floors and situated just a minutes walk from Brixham’s picturesque harbour and town centre. The property is very quaint and has lots of character with winding staircases, nooks and crannies and a spacious living room on the top floor, making the most of the wonderful views over Brixham Quay and Marina.

The cottage is a very comfortable, well-appointed holiday home with gas central heating, double glazed windows and Wi-Fi. It is situated at the top of a steep, narrow flight of steps leading up from the harbourside.

Please note: There are open, steep, spiral or narrow stairs at the property.
