Inside, you’ll find a stylish kitchen with all the equipment needed for a self-catering holiday, along with a breakfast bar for informal dining. Moving through to the inviting lounge, discover a bright and airy room with gorgeous views from the characterful sash windows. Here, sink into the comfortable sofa to watch the Smart TV, or settle down for a memorable dinner in the glow of the wood burner. Completing this level is a handy utility room and a family bathroom with an indulgent roll-top bath. The two elegant bedrooms are upstairs. There is no outside space. However, you’ll be just 0.5 miles from Breakwater Beach – the perfect place for an invigorating morning stroll. You’ll find plenty to see and do in Brixham.
