Room was spotless and had everything I needed, room was very quiet even though I was next to an entrance door so I had a good nights sleep, shower was great with plenty of pressure. Only stayed one night and didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that. Would definitely recommend for short stays. "

"Despite me getting back to their email straight away, they did not confirm the check in time (you have to meet someone at the property) until the day before and that was after many ignored messages and calls. They asked for a £250 deposit on a 1 night stay that a week later is yet to be returned (there is no argument that the property was left in exactly the condition it was found). The shower was broken and there was no hot water. They asked for extra money on leaving for an "extra linen"...

"Pros: Lovey space that's been obviously cared for and updated. Convenient location across from the underground, lots of good restaurants in the area. Great communications - issue with bedding was resolved quickly. Clear instructions for accessing the property. Cons: No paper towel or dishtowels for the kitchen so it was drip dry only. Only 1 hand towel was provided for the bathroom and 4 towels for the shower which can be a challenge for 5 people. Also, no hotwater for the shower sonwe gave...
