And the location was perfect to see all of the sights in Brno. A quick walk from the bus or train station. Live music right out front in the square, great cafes and restaurants all around. "First and foremost Nikola was excellent- provided wonderful customer service. It’s hard to rate the hotel itself because we went during motoGP when hotel prices across the board seemed to be 3 times the normal cost. We also went during a heat wave and the hotel does not have a/c. They did provide fans/cooling units but they were no match for the property’s infrastructure and heat. That said the rooms were clean, breakfast spread was nice and the staff was great! Location was also a plus."

It had the perfect amount of amenities for our four night stay. We fell in love with Brno, and this stay definitely factored in. You will not be disappointed!"

"The hotel is fine but a few things would have improved my stay. 1) blackout curtains or blinds and 2) fix the shower hose and hang a shower curtain. The bathroom floor got very wet. The wall gadget to hold the severely leaking shower head was broken. 3) air conditioning would be good and very necessary in hot weather. Good points? The small, unheated pool was very cooling. The bedrooms are large."
