"Be prepared to be disappointed if you book at this property. While the property is functional and clean, it has a number of issues that are not properly disclosed. Firstly there is a scaffolding that blocks the entire main view of the beach - so you don’t get the view shown in the pics. Secondly, this is a ground floor unit right on the busiest street in Brighton / Hove - noisy almost all hours of the day and night. "This is the second time I have stayed here and I love it. The host Amanda is on hand for any problems (first time I couldn't open the front door, second time I left a bag behind!). Next door to a pub but no noise from there. Wonderful fields opposite for walking my dog. Immaculate fixtures and fittings. "Property was perfect, cosy and comfortable. It has everything you need inside. The little added extras were a sweet touch ( cheese and crackers, jug of milk, bottled water). Location is superb, lots to do around the Area, nice pubs. Great communication with the owner. Didn't want to leave. I stayed with my 2 children and my dog. Would definately stay again."
