This venue was absolutely perfect for a weekend gathering of all ages . Maretta was so helpful in helping us coordinate a jumping castle, catering, a birthday cake. Lovely cottage

"Five biker friends had a great time. Property had plenty of room and was very clean and tidy.Location was ideal for what we needed, although the weather was pretty lousy, but we can’t help that.We’re definitely stay there again with our hesitation. Lovely couple who own it they popped by our first night just to make sure everything was okay."

Wonderful cottage and location!

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Coolbeg Lodge. Patrick and Maura were awesome hosts. We were greeted with homemade scones and jam. Absolutely delicious!! The cottage had everything we needed and is conveniently located near a bus route that runs from Limerick to Ballybunion, We highly recommend this property if you are looking for a quiet country setting. "

"From the very beginning this was a wonderful stay! The house had everything we needed for a family get away. You cannot pick a more beautiful location as a home base while traveling around. Our son loved the game room and outside adventures. We can’t thank our hosts enough, especially for the little gifts for our boys, and would come back and stay in an instant. "

Beautifully Restored Cottage

"This cottage has been restored to bring a vintage Irish home alive, and updated with modern day conveniences. It is beautifully decorated, and supplied with everything a weary traveler could need. We found it neat and tidy, and very well maintained. It is located far enough away from the noise and traffic of the city, yet an easy drive to get you there. "

"Old world charm meets comfortable stay. Only caveat would be lack of elevators to our room - so we got a bit of exercise hauling our luggage up the stairs. Not a big deal for us, but might give some others pause. Friendly staff, tasty breakfast options, good location for forays into nearby Ireland."
