They were so welcoming and helpful we regretted we were not staying longer and will return. We also loved the literary theme used throughout the hotel that was clever and fun."

He also moved me from the small single room I'd booked to a larger room with a double bed and carried my bag to the lift for me. Much appreciated. My only slight negative is that the pillows were very flat and unforgiving. Softer ones would have perfect."

"I was slightly worried when we drove into the car park as it was a bit scruffy, but I needn’t have worried as the hotel is excellent, with large, comfortable, clean rooms, and really lovely staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return."
