Schöner Urlaub

Schöne gemütliche Unterkunft, haben Familien Urlaub gemacht. In der Umgebung schöne Ziele für einen Tagesausflug (auch zu Fuß). Unterkunft für 5 Personen (4 Erwachsene & 1 Kleinkind<2) vollkommen in Ordnung (mit Annex).

Endreinigung empfohlen

Der Aufenthalt an sich war schön und erholsam. Die Küche war in manchen Punkten etwas sperrlich ausgerüstet: das Haus ist beispielsweise für 6 Personen ausgelegt, jedoch lassen Topfmenge und Größe zu wünschen. Leider war die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin bzw. mit Fewo-direkt eher schleppend. Ich musste recht lang auf ausstehende Antworten warten. Im Nachgang war ich nun mehrere Wochen mit verschiedenen Personen im Kontakt, da die selbstvorgenommene Endreinigung beanstandet wurde. Um die Zahlungsaufforderung nachvollziehen zu können, bat ich um die Kritikpunkte, welche zum Teil berechtig waren. Jedoch wurde uns unterstellt wit hätten "auf die Schnelle gereinigt", was ich anmaßend fand. Zusammenfassend bemängel ich die Art und Weise der Kommunikation und empfehle den nächsten Gästen eine Endreinigung dazu zu buchen, da es mit der Hygiene streng genommen wird. Alternativ, auch wenn es kleine Mängel sind wie Staub auf dem Reciever, dokumentieren und entsprechend weitergeben, Das haben wir leider versäumt.
