Schöne geräumige Unterkunft

Für unsere Gruppe (9Personen) war die Unterkunft perfekt. Wir konnten sehr gut zusammensitzen, jeder hatte aber genug Platz sich auch mal zurück zu ziehen. Die Kommunikation war super, die Lage ist sehr gut. Konnten viel unternehmen.

Eigentlich ein schönes Haus, aber….

Wir haben eine Woche mit 4 Erwachsenen, 2 Kindern (6 + 8) und einem kleinen Hund in dem Haus verbracht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter vorab war sehr gut. Anreise und Schlüsselübergabe haben auch gut geklappt. Das Haus an sich ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht (gerade auch in der Küche). Allerdings wurde das Haus sehr schmutzig übergeben. Überall Staub, unter den Betten aber auch auf den meisten Oberflächen (schwierig für Allergiker). Das obere Badezimmer wurde sicher schon lange nicht mehr gereinigt, Kot auf der Klobrille, Urinstein und überall Haare und Staub. Der Backofen war voll mit alten Krümeln, die meisten Gläser und das Besteck waren schmutzig. Im Kühlschrank befanden sich noch Lebensmittel von vorherigen Mietern. Der Matratzenschoner in einem der oberen Schlafzimmer hatte einen riesigen gelben Fleck. Es wurde ein Satz falsche Bettwäsche bereitgestellt so dass ein Doppelbett nicht richtig bezogen werden konnte. Die Dusche im oberen Badezimmer war als defekt beschildert, der Trockner im Keller ebenfalls. Auch viele Glühlampen waren defekt. Ein Schlafzimmerfenster ließ sich nicht verschließen. Die Mülltonnen waren bei Ankunft bereits bis oben hin voll. Der Vermieter wurde direkt am ersten Tag informiert (nicht alle Mißstände waren dort schon bekannt). Die Reaktion war freundlich. Da er offensichtlich jedoch nicht selbst vor Ort ist, konnte keine Abhilfe geschaffen werden - es sollte aber „weitergegeben“ werden. Wir haben s
