- Private dock for your watercraft - Private swimming area in warm, clear bottom water. Lake Simcoe is wonderful for swimming. The beach waterfront is sand to water and gradually gets deeper very slowly and only waist deep at the end of the pier. The bottom is stony/mostly sandy mix but without weeds. The water, when
calm, is clear to the bottom. We all
wear swim shoes for better grip really.

Other things to note
This is a reno in the final stages as of August so I'm sorry I turned away guests. This will be done shortly and more to come such as full siding replacement and new shingling on the roof. The decks are going to be fully rebuilt as well. This was a passion project all while I lived here. No expense was spared. It's all built professionally and very well insultated with 5 inches of spray foam. The appliances are all professional Frigidaire. The huge mirrors and interior elements are all of my own personally acquired peices. This wasnt meant to be an occasional rental but since I'm in Vancouver for work now here and there this residence is up for when we both have the time. Rest assured there is nice stuff in here and I hope it is respected by the tenants. I aim to provide absolutely everything one would expect from a higher end rental and am available at all hours so please feel free to let me know prior and or during how your stay can be made amazing.
