"Our host at check-in is the most amazing one ever. She spent time helping us straighten out a reservation problem with another hotel. She gave us an amazing upgrade with kitchen, relaxing porch and washer/dryer. The room seemed new, was very clean and comfortable. Great shower and bed. She was even willing to help us to transfer luggage to our room. Probably the nicest place we've ever stayed. "

"Great experience. Amenities as described. Fire pit area is good for a communal experience, it is in a book against the rear rock wall and is it a nicely insulated from wind and road noise. Pond and river access within minutes. Host is very attentive. A fair number of cleaning expectations but it is definitely a property thats worthy of preserving for many to enjoy."
