"The only thing I didn't like was that they have a standard $125.00 pet "friendly" fee that was not listed on their website (and was more than the cost of a night's stay for us!). I have an 11lb dog who has hair not fur so does not shed. We, of course, always took her with us when we left the facility as well as many trips outside "just in case". I feel the size and type of dog would be a better fit for a charge. I also feel that it should be a deposit and not a standard charge. If there is no damage or "accidents" in a pet friendly room, the fee should be returned. Other than that the facility was clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was included and had a good variety."
