"El hotel en general está bien , buen servicio de restaurante y desayunos abundantes y variados en el bufet, lo único que no ha estado bien es que no hacen las camas ni limpian la habitación en una semana que estuvimos allí, y teníamos que pedir que nos cambiarán las toallas. "Trotz schlechter Bewertung haben wir die Unterkunft gebucht. Nachdem wir die Vermieterin zur Schlüsselübergabe kontaktiert haben, sagte diese die Unterkunft sei auf Grund von Eugenverwendung nicht verfügbar. Trotz bestätigter Reservierung. Müssten dann kurzfristig eine andere Unterkunft Buchen, die teurer war. Die Vermieterin schob die Schuld auf die Agentur, welche wohl informiert war. Nach langem hin und hergechatte mit der Agentur haben wir den kompletten Buchungspreis zurückerhalten. Ich...
