-> POOL HEATING: This property includes a private, backyard pool that can be heated for $50 per day. Guests can opt in for pool heating any time up until 1 day prior to arrival and the pool will be heated to 86F degrees. Pool heating will be applied to the duration of the reservation and cannot be opted in on a per day basis. Pool heating charges will be added to the reservation once confirmed and charged to the card on file.
-> TRASH: 3 trash bins located at the front of the driveway on property. Please be sure to bag all trash and place in these bins during your stay and keep the bins by the front of the property for pickup on MWF.
