Everything was great and as listed. Check in process was wierd to say the least. I had to send a picture of my credit card and id through email. Then i was required to stop by the booking office to again give a copy of my drivers license and credit card. Then i recieved a phone call at 4pm, from the girl i gave all of my stuff to, asking me when i would be to the office to check in. I told her i was there a few hours ago. Long story short i will be replacing my credit card because i just dont like the idea of them having two copies of my credit card. I thought that was why i had vrbo. Other than that the cabin was great.

The cabin itself is great - a little small but perfect for a small family of 4. The hot tub was a huge hit and perfect on the property and we enjoyed the fire pit, as well. There is a little creek directly behind the cabin that was a nice bonus.
The location of the cabin is not ideal if you’re looking to be secluded. It is directly across the street from the property management company location, so there is a lot of traffic in and out. The cabin also sits directly next to, behind, and in front of neighborhood access streets so there is a lot of constant traffic and traffic noise.
We book cabins in Broken Bow twice a year but this was our first time booking with this property management company through Vrbo. After booking (and paying) through Vrbo, I received an email from the management company wanting me to email them a copy of my DL, my credit card (even though I was already paid in full) and the names and ages of all of the people staying at the cabin. I have NEVER been asked to do this with any booking ever through Vrbo and found it a huge, unnecessary inconvenience. Not to mention, I did not feel comfortable sending all of that info over email. They did allow me to come in person to give them the information, which I did before check-in, but I have just never had to provide all of that information after booking and paying in full through Vrbo. They were kind and helpful in the office and I appreciated the hospitality, but I still think it was totally unnecessary.

It was our first time in Broken Bow. We loved this cabin and it’s proximity to everything. You are “in town” but still feel like you’re in the woods. We would stay in this cabin again.

There were bugs on the floor when we arrived, definitely not a “Luxury” cabin. Even the owner admitted it was an economy style. Situated behind a very busy road…..highway, and with a lot of construction going on, it was very noisy! The unit does NOT sleep six! There are 4 chairs at the dining table. The owner says that there are blow up mattresses for two people. I wonder where I’d put those? Extremely misleading advertisement!!! The staff offered to come and clean our unit numerous times, apologizing profusely each time. We refused since, due to rain it would further inconvenience us. With all of the additional charges, a luxury price indeed, there are many other alternatives! Needless to say, we left early, without any reimbursement although a “cleaning fee” was promised.
