✦ WHAT MAKES THIS CABIN DIFFERENT ✦

The things that quietly ruin a cabin trip are the things we obsess over.

    - Wifi you can actually use. True 1GB fiber. Stream in 4K or run a full workday. No buffering, no dead zones.

    - Ready the minute you arrive. From coffee and olive oil to fresh towels and s'mores sticks, the essentials are already here. No drive back into town on your first night.

    - Spotless, every single stay. Cleaned and inspected before you walk in. The hot tub drained and refreshed, not just topped off.

    - Nothing to figure out. A simple guide for the hot tub, the fireplaces, all of it. You are soaking within minutes, not googling.

    - A real person, fast. Message us any time and you hear back within an hour, not at checkout.

    - A local guide, already done for you. Before you arrive we share our personal list: what to pack, where to eat, and what to do, so you spend your weekend enjoying, not researching.

    ✦ THE MASTER SUITE ✦

    - A California King bed dressed in crisp 100% cotton linens, layered for the kind of sleep you do not want to wake from.

    - Room-darkening shades, dimmable lighting, and a quiet ceiling fan. No reason to set an alarm.

    - Step straight from bed into the spa, or out to the patio and the morning quiet.

✦ PRIVATE SPA FOR TWO ✦

    - Two ways to soak. A private hot tub on the back patio with forest views, and an oversized indoor soaking tub for long, candlelit evenings.

    - A spacious walk-in shower, double vanities, and plush robes.

    - Ginger Lily Farms shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, plus a bubble bath for the soaking tub.

    ✦ LIVING AND CONNECTION ✦

    - A gas fireplace set against warm wood walls, with plush seating built for sinking in.

    - A record player and a shelf of board games. Turn the phones off and tune into each other.

    - Smart TVs in the living room and bedroom for the nights you just want to curl up with a movie.

    ✦ THE KITCHEN ✦

    - Fully equipped, from a steak dinner for two to a slow Sunday breakfast. Major appliances, cookware, bakeware, dishware, and utensils, all here.

    - A coffee bar with a drip maker and Keurig, pods, ground coffee, sugar, and creamer.

    ✦ THE OUTDOORS ✦

    - A private hot tub with a view into the forest, drained and refreshed before every stay.

    - Two of the three fires are out here. The gas fireplace on the patio and the wood-burning firepit under string lights, with starter firewood and roasting sticks provided.

    - A gas grill with propane, ready whenever you want to cook out.

    - The signature swing daybed, the spot guests never want to leave.

    ✦ THE EXPERIENCE ✦

    - Mornings: Brew a fresh cup and head to the swing daybed to watch the woods wake up.

    - Afternoons: Hike the trails of Beavers Bend or explore local wineries, knowing your spa tub is waiting for your return.

    - Evenings: Lower the lights, put on a record, and let the fires set the mood for a long, lingering conversation.

✦ WHERE YOU WILL SLEEP ✦

    - Bedroom, one California King bed. Soft textiles, warm light, gentle forest views. Designed exclusively for two.

    - Living Room, Pull-Out Sofa Bed
A comfortable additional sleeping option if needed.

    ✦ WHAT WE PROVIDE ✦

A starter supply of essentials is provided to help you settle in. These items are not replenished during your stay.

    - Bathroom: toilet paper, hand soap, bathroom trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bubble bath, bathrobes, and a full set of towels including separate hot tub towels and makeup towels.

    - Kitchen: coffee for the drip maker and Keurig, sugar, creamer, olive oil, salt and pepper, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher pods, paper towels, disinfecting wipes, and kitchen trash bags.

    - Laundry: in-unit washer and dryer with detergent and dryer sheets.

    - Outdoors: gas grill with propane and grilling tools, starter firewood, a lighter, and marshmallow roasting sticks.

    ✦ LOCATION ✦

    - Beavers Bend State Park, 6 minutes. Over 3,400 acres of forest trails, river paths, and scenic overlooks.

    - Broken Bow Lake, 13 minutes. A 14,000-acre lake for boating, kayaking, swimming, or quiet coves.

    - Walkable dining and drinks, 10 minutes on foot. Girls Gone Wine, Beavers Bend Brewery, Grateful Head Pizza, and local coffee. Easy date nights with no need to drive.

    - Cedar Creek Golf Course, 12 minutes. An 18-hole course set among the pines.

    - Surrounded by the Ouachita foothills, where creeks, rivers, and forested hills come together.

✦ WHY COUPLES BOOK IT ✦
