Welcome to Sky Dive - your next memory making adventure! A spacious mountain retreat created for memorable getaways with family and friends. Accommodating up to 26 guests, this impressive cabin combines incredible mountain views, generous gathering spaces, and resort-style amenities for a stay everyone can enjoy.

Spend sunny afternoons by the private outdoor pool, soak in the hot tub while taking in the scenery, or gather around the fire pit as the sun goes down. When it’s time to head inside, challenge the group to a game of pool, settle in beside the fireplace, or catch your favorite team on one of the many Smart TVs with a Live TV subscription.

With five private king bedrooms, a spacious bunk room, multiple en suite bathrooms, and plenty of room to spread out, Sky Dive makes traveling with a large group comfortable and easy.

Gathering over a great meal is easy at Sky Dive. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to dinner for the entire group.

The kitchen includes an oven, stove, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, espresso machine, griddle, air fryer, toaster, crockpot, blender, cookware, dishware, silverware, and drinkware.

***Entertainment & Game Room***
Rainy day or relaxing night in? The game room gives your group another place to gather and have fun.
Enjoy a pool table, games galore, two comfortable leather sofas, two Smart TVs, a convenient private bathroom, and direct access to the back deck and outdoor entertainment areas.

***Living Room***
The main living room is designed for relaxing together after a day of exploring Broken Bow. Settle into the sofa or grab a chair, put your feet up on the ottoman, and enjoy the warmth of the SEASONAL gas fireplace.

A Smart TV provides entertainment, while direct deck access makes it easy to move between the indoor and outdoor living spaces.

***Outdoor Living***
Some of the best moments at Sky Dive happen outside. Surrounded by beautiful mountain scenery, the outdoor spaces offer plenty of ways to relax, entertain, and enjoy the fresh air.
Private Pool: Fenced outdoor swimming pool with spectacular mountain views. Pool heating is available October through April for an additional fee and is subject to weather and equipment conditions.

Hot Tub: Enjoy a relaxing soak year-round, conveniently located just off the deck.

Outdoor Entertainment Area: Gather around the seasonal gas fireplace, watch the Smart TV, or simply relax in the outdoor seating area while enjoying the views.

Grilling Area: Enjoy the full outdoor kitchen, with a Gas grill and massive amount of prep space for group cookouts.

Fire Pit: End the evening around the outdoor fire pit, surrounded by Adirondack chairs and the peaceful mountain setting.

***Additional Amenities***
Pet Friendly: Up to 3 dogs are welcome with prior approval and payment of the $100 pet fee per pet.

Laundry: Double washers and dryers make laundry quick and convenient, especially for longer stays and large groups.

Seasonal Amenities: Gas fireplaces and optional pool heating are available October through April. Please note: The indoor fireplace is not to be used from April through October. Using the fireplace while the AC is running at the same time can cause issues with the HVAC system.

Security: Exterior surveillance cameras monitor designated outdoor and entry areas for security. There are no cameras inside the home.

***Guest Access***
Sky Dive is yours to enjoy! Guests have private access to the entire property during their stay, including the pool, hot tub, game room, outdoor entertainment areas, and fire pit.

The property offers convenient self check-in with keypad entry, and detailed arrival instructions will be provided prior to check-in.

***Parking***
The private driveway accommodates approximately 5-8 vehicles. Street parking is not permitted.

***Firewood***
Firewood is not included with your reservation. Guests are welcome to purchase firewood locally for the outdoor fire pit.

***Pool Heat***
Pool heating is optional and available October through April for an additional fee. Heating performance can be affected by outdoor temperatures, weather conditions, and equipment limitations. We require notice for pool heating requests at least 48 hours before check in as pool heating takes time. Pool heating fee is $150 per night and must be for all nights of stay when requested.


***Other Things to Note***
We want you to arrive knowing exactly what to expect so you can settle in and enjoy your time at Sky Dive. Please review the following important information before booking.

Rental Agreement
After your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a rental agreement for review and signature. Guests are required to sign Cherokee Rose Homes Rental Contract and authorize a $2,500 security deposit prior to their reservation.

Age Requirement
The primary guest booking and checking into the property must be at least 25 years old. Reservations made by guests under 25 may be subject to cancellation. This space has been prepared for guests traveling from out of town! We love to host guests from out of town who have previously stayed in short-term rentals and earned favorable reviews. While we appreciate the interest in staying with our property, please note that we do not cater to guests who live in the area and are looking for an alternate venue for their affairs or events and reserve the right to turn these guests away.

Pool Heating
Pool heating is not included in the nightly accommodation rate.

Optional pool heat is available October through April for $150 per night and must be for all nights of stay when requested

Pool heat must be requested at least 48 hours prior to arrival. Because outdoor temperatures, weather conditions, and occasional equipment limitations can affect pool heating, the service and specific water temperatures cannot always be guaranteed.

No glass is allowed in or around the pool. Food and drinks are permitted on the pool deck but not in the water. Please help keep the pool area clean and safe.

Hot Tub
The private hot tub is available year-round. Please keep the cover securely closed whenever the hot tub is not in use to help maintain the temperature and cleanliness.

Fire Pit & Fireplaces
Firewood for the outdoor fire pit is not provided. Guests may purchase firewood locally.

Indoor and outdoor gas fireplaces are seasonal and available October through April.

Pets
We’re happy to welcome up to 3 dogs with prior approval.
A pet fee of $100 per pet, per stay applies.
Pets must be supervised and are not permitted on furniture.

Parking
Private driveway parking is available for approximately 3–4 vehicles. Street parking is not permitted.

Security Cameras
For the safety and security of the property and our guests, exterior security cameras are located at entry points and designated outdoor areas.
There are no cameras inside the home.

Maximum Occupancy
Sky Dive accommodates a maximum of 26 guests at all times.

Parties, events, and unregistered additional guests are not permitted.

Self Check-In
Enjoy the convenience of self check-in with keypad entry. Your access information and arrival instructions will be provided prior to check-in.

Mountain & Nature Setting
Sky Dive is located in the beautiful Broken Bow forest setting, which is part of what makes staying here so special.

As with any mountain or wooded destination, guests may occasionally encounter insects, wildlife, changing weather conditions, and other elements of nature.

Amenity & Maintenance Notice
We work hard to keep the home, pool, hot tub, and other amenities in excellent condition. However, occasional interruptions can occur due to weather, power outages, maintenance needs, or equipment issues beyond our control.
