The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Set AC to 74 and turn lights off except porch lock all 3 entry/exit doors Please pile all sheets/blankets on beds they were used. Do not make beds.

Throw trash away Take trash to bin and make sure bin is at the end of the driveway
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

No pets are allowed to sleep in beds. If pets hair is found in beds there will be an additional $100 fee added.
Day of checkout beds stripped and piled on top of bed. Dishes in dishwasher, trash in outside trashcan, outside trashcan to curb, towels in bathtub.
