"Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The room was clean, the staff were generally friendly, and the hotel itself met our expectations.

I arrived at 9:30 a.m., well within the advertised breakfast hours of 7:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., yet the main hot items—sausages, baked beans, and scrambled eggs—were all empty.
