"The property is in a wonderfully quiet location, a short walk to a village pub which we'd highly recommend - the food and service was fantastic. The cottage itself had everything we needed and was very comfortable."

"Terrible property - due to stay here for 5 nights but posed such a health risk that we left immediately and checked in elsewhere at great expense. Sacks of rubbish left, outdoor dining area unusable, dangerous shower, bedroom fans covered in thick dust and mould. Is not as described - is a mid terraced property, not semi-detached as the pictures suggest. Neighbours garden full of trade waste and arguing with each other so would have been unpleasant to sit outside. Undesirable area. Do not stay...

The cottage was ideal for our particular needs - a rather last minute booking - and very clean and well equipped throughout. It was beautifully warm, and the property is set deep in a very beautiful part of lovely Exmoor. Would highly recommend this cosy cottage for a couple and reasonably priced as well. "
