No breakfast or room service was available. The water was too cold to shower in the evening and the staff said this was because many people were staying at the hotel?"

Children loved the table tennis area and adults loved the sauna. Good for snow days, where some could still relax and sledge."

"We arrived at 730am and requested if we can check in earlier. We were told a code will be sent to my email by 4pm but it never came. So we went back to the front desk and informed them. A very rude receptionist told my husband, it’s sent by their system and just wait. We have waited for almost 8hrs already and this is totally unacceptable. To our disgust, we left and I reported to Expedia right away. Now the hotel is claiming code was sent. Again we never received it! We are demanding a refund."
