"A wonderful home in a wonderful place. Very comfortable, casual, and practical."

"The home was very clean and as described! The set up is perfect for scuba divers and those wanting to enjoy the nearby springs. The large garage made it super easy to load/unload and store tanks and gear. We were really close to grocery, shopping and a variety of restaurants. The host was amazing! Would 10/10 recommend staying here!"

"We have a daughter at UF and the rest of the family drove to Gainesville from north and central Florida for the Easter weekend. The house was perfect for our group. We had 6 people total and the house was not crowded. There are 3 bedrooms and every BR had its own full bathroom. There is also a small office type room with another single bed so you could sleep 7 if you had 3 couples and a single. The kitchen was small but functional. "This is the second time staying at this property for a Florida baseball weekend and once again it proved to suit all our family’s needs. It is conveniently located right off the interstate, within walking distance of a Starbucks (clutch for the wife). It is also close to plenty of dining and shopping options and only five or ten minutes from the stadium. "The location was near the interstate, restaurants, and in a safe area. We were checked in a mere minute or two, and the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also good, with lots of protein options and a staff member who kept food replenished. I would recommend this hotel and stay there again in the future. "

"Unfortunately, I didn’t take any pictures, but the bedsheets and the beds were super super comfortable. The AC was cranking and it was nice and cold. The TV worked perfectly. And they served a good breakfast. We would definitely come back and stay at this hotel if we return back to Gainesville."
